Refund Policy

Service Refunds

All consultations, assessments, and hair-restoration services provided by Hair Studio & Restoration by Laura are non-refundable.


Once a service has been completed or a consultation has taken place, no refunds will be issued.

We take care to provide clear information about each service, and results may vary based on individual factors such as genetics, health, lifestyle, and consistency with recommended routines. Because of this, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes and do not provide refunds based on results.

Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

If your appointment needs to be rescheduled or canceled, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to our studio’s internal cancellation policy.

  • Any deposits collected (if applicable) may be non-refundable depending on the type of service booked.

Cancellation guidelines — including deposits, rescheduling, and no-show rules — will be clearly communicated when booking.

Product Refunds

If you purchase hair-care products directly from Hair Studio & Restoration by Laura:

  • Unopened and unused products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and product-integrity reasons.

  • Any defective or damaged items should be reported immediately so we can review and replace them if appropriate.

Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Digital Materials or Guides

If any digital materials, PDF guides, or programs are provided as part of a service, they are non-refundable once delivered.

Special Treatments or Devices

If Laura offers specialty items (such as laser caps or high-value treatment tools):

  • These items follow the manufacturer’s warranty or return policy.

  • Refunds or exchanges for these products are handled according to those specific terms.
